  • Capture or coordinate live event photography and video
  • Maintain a practical chapter content calendar

Create partnerships and fundraising programs that support scholarships, service, and chapter activities.

  • Build relationships with local and alumni-owned businesses
  • Develop responsible fundraising events and programs
  • Explore raffles and silent auctions where permitted

  • Thank sponsors and maintain thoughtful stewardship

Fundraising programs must follow applicable university, Foundation, tax, licensing, and local legal requirements.

  • Keep event communication timely and welcoming
  • Lead a short post-event review and carry lessons forward

  • Maintain domain, hosting, security, and vendor continuity

This role can be shared, and 1118 can support the transition while chapter-owned operations are established.
